Responsibilities
-Building and nurturing client relationships
-Managing projects from start to finish in line with the brief and budget
-Add value to clients by understanding their business, industry and challenges
-Creating estimates and proposals based on a brief
-Maximise financial performance of projects and meet monthly budgets
-Developing multi-channel marketing plans
-Ensuring all work meets a high-quality standard
-Working closely with teammates to deliver seamless service experiences, bringing in different expertise when necessary
-Pinpointing opportunities for organic growth within your client mix
-Generate monthly client reports
-Manage project finances including sending invoices
-Manage projects through the studio
Key skills and experience
-A minimum of 2+ years as an Account Manager / Executive / Client Success, in a digital or advertising agency environment
-Degree in marketing, communications, advertising or relevant field
-Demonstrated ability managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising effectively, and meeting deadlines with high attention to detail
-Well organised and self-motivated – you probably love spreadsheets, post it notes and highlighters (there’s no shame in that!)
-Excellent presentation skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly and appropriately influence others
-A creative thinker who can evaluate creative strategically and push boundaries
-A strategic thinker who can think of the overall impact to the client’s business
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Digital/social experience is a plus
