Three Scoops has worked with Disneyland® Paris for over 10 years, providing services such as digital marketing. When DLP launches a new season or offer, our challenge is to raise awareness online in a way that conjures the same magic people feel when they enter the Parks.

The Strategy

You have mere seconds to win a consumer’s attention before they click away. So our campaigns must have bold, gorgeous imagery; short, punchy copy; and make the most of technology to create an immersive and entertaining experience. And they must do all this while embodying Disneyland Paris’ magical brand essence.

Immersive Fun in a Snap

With technology advancing, we always seek more immersive ways to engage Disney fans. For Disneyland Paris’ “Legends of the Force” season, we created an exciting animated cover video for the official Facebook page. We also created a series of fun Snapchat filters that literally put guests in the middle of the action.

Fashioning a Style Star

For the new #ShopDisneylandParis Instagram account, we designed the account’s icon and a launch email. #ShopDisneylandParis is all about style, so we departed from the Parks’ traditional look and feel. Instead, the email showed off a fresh look inspired by fashion mags – but keeping that Disney touch of magic. The Instagram icon paired Disney’s famous Castle with a shopping bag, stylised to match the Castle’s shape.

Opening the possibilities of email

As Disneyland Paris’s exclusive email marketing agency, we’ve pioneered new innovations to keep them at the cutting edge. This includes developing an email builder that makes it simple for DLP’s marketing team to build stunning emails. These emails feature tools such as video that plays live inside the email, and dynamic content that changes with the time. For special events, we also design premium emails themed to be the ultimate immersive teaser.
